Bar-facing-burpees
Overhead squats, 20-45 lbs
Pull-ups, assist as needed

    1. Then made up a WOD.

      AMRAP in 10 mins of:
      20 box step ups (18") with 30#
      15 squats (butt to ground)
      10 hip raises with 10#

      4 rds + 20 step ups + 7 squats
