Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
12 walking lunge steps
15 butterfly sit-ups
15 hip raises
5 pull-ups (assist as needed)

  1. 8 rounds in 15:12
    20# overhead lunges
    Inclined sit ups w/ weight
    20# hip raises
    Unassisted pull ups

    7 rounds in 15:50

  2. Completed last Monday. Added 10# to lunges and hip raises first two rounds and then 20# for rest of rounds. Self assisted pull ups on heels.

    5 pull ups short of 15 rounds

  3. 5 rounds in 15 min…using the next 15 for yoga since we just got home from vacation and I am so sore from sitting so long in the car! Swapped a different exercise for sit ups to start working on my separated abs. Jumping pull ups.

  4. 10 mile bike ride

    13 rounds
    10# walking lunges
    10# hip raises
    Jumping pull ups
