7 rounds for reps of:
1 minute of 20-45 lb snatches
1 minute of 20-45 lbs overhead squats (sub front squats)
1 minute of burpees, jumping over the barbell
Rest 1 minute

    OH squat: 147
    Burpees: 117
    KILLER! That 1 minute rest was too short! Drenched!

    30# snatch = 96
    25# OHS = 124
    Regular burpees = 86

    Totally forgot they were supposed to be over barbell burpees. Oops. Drenched and my triceps are flaming.

    #20 snatch: 79
    #20 front squat: 180
    Burpee: 56

    Hurt ankle so all done with one leg fully functioning 🙁
