Wednesday 08.10.16

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
8 pull-ups
8 box jumps, 18-inch box
12 kettlebell swings, 20-25 lbs

    Tabata squat, butt to floor (115)
    Tabata deadlift, 85# (54)
    Tabata squat, B2F (105)
    Total = 274

    Vs 272 (109, 60, 103) on 12/17/15

    I herniated a disc a few weeks ago. This is my first wod back at the gym.
