12 deadlifts, 40-60 lbs
9 hang power cleans, 20 lbs
6 push jerks, 20 lbs

Heavy Duty


5 rounds for time of:
12 deadlifts, 70-90 lbs
9 hang power cleans, 40 lbs
6 push jerks, 40 lbs
