    Followed w/
    50 curls
    50 dips
    50 Russian twists (15#)
    50 oblique crunches (25 each side)
    Leg press 100#- 50 reps
    Leg curls 65#- 30 reps

    Jumping pull ups
    'Pistols' down to weight bench and up

    I super suck at push ups. That part took me forever.

    1. Ha ha. The Angela is only different because it is squats instead of pistols. The CrossFit sight has been doing all the 100 workouts this last week, including the Murf and the Angela.

    Jump jacks instead of pull-ups since I'm on vacation and don't have a bar.
