Run 1,000 meters
Rest 3 minutes 

Add times for all 5 running efforts and post total to comments. 


  1. 5 x 1k = 25:29
    5:07, 5:09, 5:06, 5:07, 5:00
    Treadmill (4 x 7.4, 1 x 7.6)


  2. decided to save this one for next week when I'm on vacation- an easy one for the hotel.
    So I did:
    Bench press 50#
    Slam balls


    Then ran around block 2x w/ dog (about 1 1/2 miles)
    My calves are super sore from yesterday!

  3. I did not time each individual round – oopsie!

    My first workout in a while, but am pleased that I was able to run the 300 meter segments, not just walk. Even though running to me is at 3.8 or 3.6, I still did it. I did slow down to 3.4 on the last segment.

    Wall balls with 4 lb ball. Modified (knee) pushups.
