  1. Wanted to do something a bit different and longer, so did WOD from 4/14/15

    5 rounds:
    20 WB
    20 SDHP
    20 Box jump
    20 PP
    200 meters
    rest 1 minute

    22:58 (w/ 1 min. rests)
    was 3 minutes faster and did all 5 rounds instead of 4!

    1. Then did:

      10 rounds
      Deadlift for 15 seconds
      Rest for 45 seconds
      65 @ 110#

      Vs 75 @ 90# on 4/16/15
