1. Couldn't get out for runs today because of kids. So did 1 minute of jump rope (about 125 each round).
    Band-assisted pull-ups for first set, jump pull-ups for remainder.
    10:15 (with a potty break… and I still peed my pants a bit ?)

    Push ups for pull ups. Something had to give.

    Long weekend and I'm still tired
