Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 box jumps, 18-inch box
20 butterfly sit-ups

  1. 6 rounds plus box jumps and 8 BFSU. Finished the round after the timer.

  2. 5 complete rounds and box jumps plus four sit ups when timer went off. Did bfsu for first three rounds (thinking my abs are finally healed enough from pregnancy to do them) and then noticed they still seemed separated, so did crunches for the rest of the time.

  3. 2 sit ups short of 8 rounds. Finished after timer.

    Glad for a short one! All my kiddos have a snow day today! <3

  4. 10 rounds
    Held 30 sec plank each round for sit ups
