    1. Couldn't tell from the crossfit website either. So I did stop the clock for burpees for a full 35 mins of running.

      3.86 miles
      Dreadmill (2×7.0, 6.8, 4×6.5)

    2. Also did 20 mins of exercises/stretches on the glute/hamstring tie-in area beforehand.

  1. I did 4 miles in 35:48. I also stopped my watch every 5 mins. to do the burpees.

  2. Did this again on 12/19/16. Did not stop the clock for burpees this time.

    3.10 miles (3 x 7.0, 6.8, 2 x 6.6)
    75 burpees
