    This time I did all boy push ups vs 50 bpu/50 gpu
    (broke into a set of 50, then 2 sets of 25)

  3. Redid WOD from 8/18/14

    10 2-min rounds
    5 pull ups
    10 push ups
    15 squats
    5 pull ups
    10 push ups
    15 squats
    Jump rope

    Rest 1 min between rounds. Post # of jump ropes per round.

    44, 41, 44, 45, 42, 33, 31, 20, 12, 10 = 322
    Reverse pull ups
    GPU to floor
    Butt to floor squats

    Vs 189 with squats at parallel. Smoked that one!!

    Gotta get back to doing these more consistently. So slow!

    (25 lb. baby on my chest for about 15 of the sit-ups)
