Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
12 walking lunge steps
15 butterfly sit-ups
15 hip raises
5 pull-ups (assist as needed)


Compare to 08.14.14

    Which was same pace as last year (13 rounds in 30min)
    But today….
    20# overhead lunges
    inclined sit ups
    20# on hip raises
    All pull ups unassisted

  2. I didn't have 30 minutes today.
    I did 5 rounds (minus pull-ups)
    All with a 25 lb. baby weight.
    9 minutes

  3. 10 rounds in 31 min.
    24lb weighted lunges
    25 lb hip raises
    Added 5 HSPU ea round

  4. 15 rounds
    8lb overhead dumbell walking lunges
    Alternating each round single leg hip raises
    Jumping pull-ups

  5. 16 rounds plus lunges and 11 sit ups
    Feet on 6" box for hip raises
    Reverse pull ups

    Vs 12 rounds in 23:10
    Regular hip raises
    Jumping pull ups

  6. 12 rounds in 30:15.
    No pull up bar, subbed 20# dumbbell bicep curls.

  7. 12 rounds in 29:55. No pu bar so used resistance band.

  8. 15 rounds as rxed
    Pull ups were real then jump then 90 degree dead hang for 15 secs
