    I am getting back into things. Not on here much yet but it's motivating and hope to make it a regular. Now onto pull ups with my son!

  4. Wanted to repeat WOD from 8/11/14.

    10 1-min rounds:
    3 deadlift (80#)
    60 yd sprint
    Max burpees

    Rest 2 mins between rds. Post number of burpees each rnd.

    8, 8, 9, 8, 9, 8, 9, 8, 8, 9 = 84. Sprint was across basement, 2 flights of stairs, and back.

    Vs 74 burpees with 60# DL
