20 pull-ups (assist as needed)
10 bench dip

    Jump pull-ups first round, but my sinus headache didn't like that, so chair assisted last 2 rounds.

    Because of the heat and my run I was very sluggish. I can't wait for cooler temps here in AZ I am tired of the heat.

  7. Taught 1 hr cardio hip hop. Only got 3 or so hours of sleep last night. Couldn't even finish round one. Will try again tomorrow.

    my arms were jello after this. Felt great!

  13. 6:43, 20# press, jumping pull ups. Compared to 8:30 last year with much easier resistance band lat pull downs!
