Run 800 meters
80 squats
8 push-ups

    Decided to be psycho and do the full 45 minutes as rx'd on the Crossfit website. Yikes.

    Treadmill at 7.0, 3 x 6.8, 2 x 6.5
    Butt to floor on all squats
    Full boy pushups
