  1. Decided to be psycho and do the full 45 minutes as rx'd on the Crossfit website. Yikes.

    45:27
    5 rounds plus 800m
    Treadmill at 7.0, 3 x 6.8, 2 x 6.5
    Butt to floor on all squats
    Full boy pushups

  2. 3 rounds plus 800 m run, went 12 sec past timer. Treadmill at 8,8,8,7.5

  3. 3 rounds plus run and 55 squats, or
    4 rounds at 25:44

  4. I forgot to add, I was pushing my double stroller. (just so I can compare in the future0
