  1. Today is my first day working out after a long hiatus! After finding out I am 40 pounds overweight, and I can't use the excuse "I just had a baby" anymore since he is 14 months old haha.

    I started with a warm up of a 1 min jump rope.

    60# DL, 40# cleans & thrusters. My grip strength is horrible!

  4. 19:40, accidentally mixed the two. 45# dl, 20# cleans, 20# thrusters.
