10 dumbbell squat clean thrusters, 10-15 lb dumbbells
200-yard shuttle sprint, 50 yards there and back twice

    I love the ones that look short and sweet and end up kicking your butt!

  2. Raining outside. Decided to repeat WOD from 2/25/14.

    7 mins:
    5 box jumps, 18"
    13 cleans, 30#

    1 clean short of 8 rounds.

    Vs 5 cleans short of 7 rounds with 14" box jumps

    Judging by my time, I think I probably overestimated the shuttle sprints. Oh well!

  4. 4:58 8# db all I had. Not sure if the distance was accurate, but I made sure I touched the ground each time.
