    Had lots of breaks- having some tests run today & I can't eat or drink. I'm not sure what I was thinking doing that WOD and not being able to have some water!!

    Did 2 sets of 25 thrusters and 15 pull-ups each round.

    Dying! Took me a good 30 minutes to stop sweating and cool down! Ice cold Vi shake helps!! Yum!
