    Snatches are not my friend! I'm loosing form badly with heavier weight.

    Then did 9-7-5
    Pull ups- unassisted
    Bench press – 40#

  2. Ran 17 minutes of sprint intervals
    2:17 as rxed

  3. 4:10
    10 lb dumbbell snatch squats, did each number of reps with each arm each round

  4. 3:30 all boy PU

    did first 11 snatches with 30# but form was bad so finished with 24#

  5. 1:44, one armed dumbbells squat snatches, 10#, alternating arms q/squat to start instead of finish.

  6. 1:44, one armed dumbbells squat snatches, 10#, alternating arms q/squat to start instead of finish.
