7 Push press, 20 lbs
10 Front squats, 40 lbs
15 Butterfly sit-ups

    Same number of rounds and weight as last time. :/

  3. Warmed up with 15 minutes of hill/ speed intervals on treadmill
    8 rounds (45 lb in front squat)

    20# pp, 60#fs
    Had to stop timer after 1st round to get different weight set up.
    Even though I think I won't be a sweaty mess when I look at certain wods I always am wrong!

  5. 10 rounds + PP + squats + 2 sit ups
    30# PP
    back squats down to parallel (can't do front squats with barbell- bad wrist)

    Vs 11 rounds with 20# PP and crunches for sit ups

  6. 8 rounds 8#dumbells all I have 30# squats(back a little sore)

  7. 7 rounds + 8th of pp
    Squats @ 30# rounds 1, 2
    Squats @ 20# rounds 3-7
    Arms crossed all rounds bsu
    Felt great.

  8. 9 rounds + pp. 20# pp, 35# front squats, subbed holding-ab crunches and reverse crunches (for diastasis), 15 of each per round, for bfsu
