    5 rounds @ 80# — 29 reps

    This was 10 & 15# heavier than I've gone before.
    My hands are trashed after yesterday's pull ups & todays WOD!

  2. 40# – 70 reps
    Most weight I had it it was plenty for me.

  3. 75 reps @ 80 lbs
