Lunge 50 meters

 reduce sugar intake

no fried food
8 hours of sleep
no preservatives 
eliminate wheat
finish strong!


  1. 4 rounds in 19:34
    Wasn't sure of 50m distance so did 50 walking lunges

  2. Still not feeling great and short on time, so did Crossfit's workout from 3/31.

    AMRAP in 5 mins:
    3 deadlift
    7 push press

    30# all. 16 rounds plus 3 DL

  3. 16:44
    Knees kissed the ground.
    My legs are 1 meter long so 50 meters = 50 lunges for me.

    Same time for Chris.

  4. 21:08. I took it easy because I'm not feeling well. The runs we're slightly less than 350 and I was pushing my four year old and two year old (and stopping to help them pick up worms during the lunges:) ).

  5. 21:36. Sprinted the last half of round five, and did 50 lunges per round.
