    Still not feeling great and short on time, so did Crossfit's workout from 3/31.

    AMRAP in 5 mins:
    3 deadlift
    7 push press

    30# all. 16 rounds plus 3 DL

    My legs are 1 meter long so 50 meters = 50 lunges for me.

    21:08. I took it easy because I'm not feeling well. The runs we're slightly less than 350 and I was pushing my four year old and two year old (and stopping to help them pick up worms during the lunges:) ).

    21:36. Sprinted the last half of round five, and did 50 lunges per round.
