Butterfly sit-ups
Thrusters, 20-30 lbs

fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
 reduce sugar intake
drink water every day
no fried food
8 hours of sleep
no preservatives 
eliminate wheat
finish strong!

  2. 11:28 30#. First time increasing weight-my shoulders are burning! First time logging on in a while. This has been the only effective workout I have found. Gonna get back to it!

  3. ha! I was waiting for a joke from you today!

    First time back since the beginning of my pregnancy. I was so exhausted all the time and it feels so good to be back and feel strong again!

    No idea of my time (one child swiped my phone as an April Fool's joke). Subbed crunches for bfsu and 15# for thrusters. 16 weeks pregnant.

    Between an injury and then getting sick haven't done much the past few days. Not 100% but still good to sweat.

  5. 10:10 45 pound thrusters and 10 pounds added to bsu. 400 meter run after with yoga.
