Hit the deck then I peeled myself up 😉

I kept thinking of the marathons and triathlons Ive done and how long they are versus this short workout–
although grueling, it was done in under 10 min so I'm happy!!

Hit the floor too- almost all push ups to get up- but had to peel myself up on a few! Added a hop when I got up.
Agreed….I'm dripping & my chest hurts! My goal was under 10 so I'm happy too!
I did notice my count at 7 minutes- I had 80- which beats my pr of 75 in the 7min WOD.

Great way to start the day!

12:52 I remember back in January of 2013, it took me well over 20 minutes to do just 70 burpees, so I am happy with my progress!!

Well poop! I thought it was just plain burpees! I feel like I cheated now….5:55 but of course there was no push-up! I did run 2 miles in 14:16 that's a record for me. Guess I gotta learn what a real burpee is! Good job ladies!

Was hoping to never see this workout again, but I have gotten stronger at burpees since the last time we did this.

Full burpee= hands on the floor, jump feet back, body to the floor, peel up, jump feet forward, hop up with hands over head, feet leave the ground.

Thank you for the detail in what a full burpee is. I feel like there are so many variations out there.

I had already decided I was going to swim today, but felt I needed to get 100 burpees in somehow so I did 4 sets of 25 full burpee spread out through out the day+ a 1200 yard swim

Full to the floor. Did them in sets of 25, then after 50 when I couldn't string them together without break I tried to do 5 each to get it done. Hate them but glad I did it. Am shakingso bad I know I will be soretomorrow!

21:30. Abominably slow, but I wanted to do full burpees and I have a really weak wrist that I had to keep resting (and a one year old that kept crawling under me). I did it though and hopefully I can find something to use on my wrist and be faster next time!
