Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
3 handstand push-ups (scale as needed)
3 cleans, 20-30 lbs
6 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
9 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
12 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
15 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
18 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
21 handstand push-ups
9 cleans
Etc., adding 3 reps to the handstand push-up each round, and 3 reps to the clean every 3 rounds.

8 hours of sleep

    Did 9 cleans after timer
    Hspu on 21" bar stool w/ back against wall
    30# cleans

    Made it through 21 hspu and 3 cleans
    35# cleans
    Hspu with feet on chair.

  3. Did this on Monday. Repeated WOD from 2/19/14.

    7 rounds:
    7 push press (20#)
    7 sit ups
    7 burpees

    7:54 vs 9:37. Smoked it!

  4. Through 24 HSPU and 7 cleans. Finished after timer. 30#

  5. Completed through 21 push-ups and got 10 into the set of 24

  6. made it to 21 hspu and 3 cleans. finished the extra six after time. 45 pound cleans.

  7. Made they 24 push-ups ( used chair) 30 lb cleans

  8. 21 pu and 9 cleans. did the first sets through 12 hspu on chair, then my wrist gave out and I did sets 15-21 as girl pu on the floor. 20# cleans.

  9. Made it through the 21 HSPU round plus 15 HSPU on the next round.
