10 front squats, 40-60 lbs
5  handstand push-ups (scale as needed)

    Knees on 21" stool. Waist & up was completely inverted.

    1. Seeing these times made me wonder why I was so much faster- I only did 5 squats per round- not 10. I was going off what I saw on the main site…oops!
