no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
 reduce sugar intake
drink water every day
no fried food

    30 lbs oh lunges
    Arms and elbows In as tight as I could on bfsu

    used two 8 lb dumbbells

    half walking lunges (as many as my knees could handle) and half overhead squats

    half bfsu and half crunches

  3. 7:26 but I think my stopwatch is faulty… Probably longer
