    Good leg day and a blizzard outside – glad I'm making lasagna totally from scratch today! 🙂

    Modified a bit because I'm training for a half marathon

  3. Apparently misreading 5 rounds is common because that's what I did too! 20:40 40 pound squats. Yoga afterwards.

  6. 18:58; outside runs in the rain with my four year old running with me. Couldn't measure the distance well, so I guesstimated. To the stop sign and back twice. 30#squats
