Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of:
15 knees to elbows
10 deadlifts, 60-80 lbs
5 snatches, 20-30 lbs

no caffeine
no soda
fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
 reduce sugar intake
drink water every day
no fried food


  1. 4 rounds + 2 KTE
    Just about all knees touched elbows!
    65# DL
    20# snatch

  2. Almost 5 rounds- whew!
    getting better at knees to elbows!
    35# deadlift
    35# kb swings instead of snatch

  3. 4 rounds plus kte and dl on 5th round finished snatches after time.
    25# snatch
    65# dl

  4. I actually signed up for the open this year and get judged at a local box (which they so generously do for free even though I workout at home and pay no dues). I was in the scaled division, as 75# thrusters are near my one rep max. I got 160 total reps and cleaned and jerked 115#. Can't wait for Friday again!

  5. 5 rds + 12 k2e (all on floor w/ back off ground)

  6. 4 rounds plus 15 K2E
    K2E were toes to "bar" on floor – got toes to kettle bell I was holding
    70# DL
    30# snatch

  7. 4 rounds + 5 knees to chest on bar
    70# deadlift
    20# one arm dumbell snatch alternating arms each round
    Finished 5 round after time

  8. 4 rounds plus 15 KTE
    70# DL, 30# snatch
    Last round KTE on floor because of lacking grip strength with heavier DL

  9. 5 rounds
    "knees to t's" (chest) on bar, 80# DL, 24# snatch

  10. Finished 4 rounds after the timer.
    Knees to elbows on bar
    40 lb deadlift
    10 lb single arm dumbell, 5 each arm each round

  11. 4 rounds. Knees to elbows on the ground, 40lb DL and I used a pair of 10lb dumbbells for snatches.

  12. 2 + 17 15 Kettlebell Swings at 35# 10 Deadlift at 135# 5 Toes to bar. No snatches due to injuries. Thanks!

  13. 4 rounds plus 6 K2E. I alternated k2e on bar and k2e on floor each round (first bar, then floor, etc.). 60# dl and 20# snatch (one armed snatch alternating each round).
