5 handstand push-ups (modify as needed)
10 one-legged squats, alternating
15 pull-ups (assist as needed)
10 handstand push-ups
20 one-legged squats, alternating
30 pull-ups
15 handstand push-ups
30 one-legged squats, alternating
45 pull-ups
10 handstand push-ups
20 one-legged squats, alternating
30 pull-ups
5 handstand push-ups
10 one-legged squats, alternating
15 pull-ups

    My arms are officially toast! Hope I can brush my hair after this!

    14:24 compared to 16:23 from last time 🙂
    1st and last set of hs push-ups feet on wall!
    East with feet on back of chair.
    One leg squats without support….still not very low but working on balance.
    Some standing pull-ups and some slight hop.
    Shaky arms!

    Did it in 5 minutes.

    Exactly the same time as last year. HSPU and pistols were scaled harder this time.

    24:30; handstand push ups from chair (I have a weak wrist so those killed), pistols with ring, down to floor; chair assisted pull ups. Had to pause right after the halfway point to put my baby down for a nap, then came back and finished.
