    Did 5 minutes of pull up practice afterwards

  2. Did ten rounds on the treadmill. Fastest was 42 seconds (ten mph) Slowest was 55. Average time was 49. Perfect workout for today!

  4. 1 yr old woke up early from nap. Don't trust her near the treadmill so will have to do another day. Several inches of snow outside.

    Did WOD from 2/3/14. 619 vs 581.
    Squats = 48
    SJR = 251
    Girl push ups = 63
    Body surfers = 167
    Jumping pull ups = 90

    Vs 51, 254, 51, 149, 76.

  5. Did one minute of jump rope instead.

    Worst: 147
    Worst on carpet (where I did first three rounds before realizing I'd be much faster on my wood floors): 131
