    Did ten rounds on the treadmill. Fastest was 42 seconds (ten mph) Slowest was 55. Average time was 49. Perfect workout for today!

    1 yr old woke up early from nap. Don't trust her near the treadmill so will have to do another day. Several inches of snow outside.

    Did WOD from 2/3/14. 619 vs 581.
    Squats = 48
    SJR = 251
    Girl push ups = 63
    Body surfers = 167
    Jumping pull ups = 90

    Vs 51, 254, 51, 149, 76.

    Did one minute of jump rope instead.
    Best: 169
    Worst: 147
    Worst on carpet (where I did first three rounds before realizing I'd be much faster on my wood floors): 131
