  2. Didn't let perfectionism get in the way of completion. I did it how I could with the time and equipment I had available. I did my thrusters with a 10 pound medicine ball haha 🙂 I also only rested for 1 minute.

    30# thrusters, all down to parallel. Lots of tripping over my 1 yr old.

  4. didn't time each one – including rests 17min total. 5lb dumbells.

  5. Timer was to 8 minutes at the last rest, forgot to stop it at the end.
