“Freaky Fifty” 

For time:
50 box jumps, 18-inch box
50 jumping pull-ups
50 kettlebell swings, 20 lbs
50 walking-lunge steps
50 knees-to-elbows
50 push presses, 20 lbs
50 back extensions (or body surfers)
50 wall-ball shots, 10 lb ball
50 burpees
50 double-unders (200 single jump)

*Mamas, this is a different WOD than the Fit Fifty which is reverse order. It is intentional so please do in this order.

    I went into this WOD thinking "I'll only do 25 instead of 50" and then I sucked it up and did the whole thing! HOORAH!

    1. I just looked at this and thought: you did 50 double unders?? Impressed!!

  4. Ran 4.5 miles then

    20:20 rx'd (except 35lb PP)

    Not my faster. I have been feeling old and sluggish. It felt good to complete it.

  5. After 4 interruptions, I gave up (crying baby, crying dog, crying baby, hungry baby)- but I did make it thru the wall balls and got in 3 burpees: 21:21

  6. 23:32. Had to do PP at the end b/c I forgot them.

    K2E on floor
    20# thrusters for wallball

    VS 20:29 w/ 8" box jumps and no burpees

    Still sick and taking care of my littlest (1 1/2) who has tummy flu but glad to complete. Interesting this time is a few minutes faster than doing it backward.

  9. 27:43. Subbed pushups for pull ups, thrusters for wall balls. Kte on floor; 200 jacks instead of sjr. Same subs as the reverse, 20# all.
