I went into this WOD thinking "I'll only do 25 instead of 50" and then I sucked it up and did the whole thing! HOORAH!
I just looked at this and thought: you did 50 double unders?? Impressed!!
Ran 4.5 miles then

Not my faster. I have been feeling old and sluggish. It felt good to complete it.
32 and I only did 40 single jump rope!
After 4 interruptions, I gave up (crying baby, crying dog, crying baby, hungry baby)- but I did make it thru the wall balls and got in 3 burpees: 21:21
