30 wall-ball shots, 10-lb. ball
40 butterfly sit-ups

Rest precisely 3 minutes between each round.

    1. I just realized I read the WOD wrong! I did 40 push-up instead of sit-ups! That's why my arms are burning!

    Jumping pull ups. The husband did this with me tonight, but he doesn't time himself. He still beats me every time, even after months of running only.

    The first round was really rough. I had to wake myself up. Chair assisted pull ups, 20# thrusters instead of wb. Rest as rxed.

  14. Mixed this up a bit for equipment/space/muscle needs:

    Those leg lifts got killer further in. And good news, I think we figured out a solution to our lack of pullup bar – a spring-loaded version! Will be picking that up in a week or two.
