I had to run the two miles consecutively.

    Mile 1- 7:22
Get money from ATM I ran to.
    Mile 2- 7:27
    35:03 for the rest.

Broke into 10 sets. I got really dizzy and nauseous on my 7th round. I was doing butt to floor squats and I think it was pinching my blood supply on the back of my legs. I did the last 2 rounds with squats to 90 degrees and it helped me finish.

49:04. Did leg lifts instead of bfsu to work the area that needs it most 🙂 I did sets of 25 for gpu, 15 for lifts, and 30 for squats.

46, couldn't measure the distance of my runs so ran for ten minutes both times, broke up into ten sets of 10, 20, 30. Girl push ups. Definitely getting stronger! I was amazed with how good I felt doing this! Thanks Jenni!
