100 squats
50 box jumps, 18-inch box
25 dumbbell cleans, 10-15 lb dumbbells

  1. 20:00 got through all but 25 box jumps and last 25 cleans before my back got hurt…..urgh.

    Didn't have much time this morning but another round feels next to impossible anyway.

    18 in step up on second step

    8 lb dumbbells for cleans

    Did step ups on higher surface. Didn't want to hurt myself!

    ATG squats
    12# Dumbbells for cleans
    Step ups on to bench (no box)

  7. 20:00
    2nd round was 50 squats. To time out at 20:00 I stopped after 25 squats, didn't do jumps or cleans.
