For time:
50 Double-unders (scale: 200 jump rope)
50 Burpees
50 Wall ball shots, 10 pound ball
50 Back extensions (supermans or body surfers)
50 Push press, 20 pounds
50 Knees to elbows
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Kettlebell swings, 20 pounds
50 Pull-ups (assist as needed)
50 Box jumps, 18 inch box

    Split burpees into 2 sets
    Split pull-ups into several sets

    Did single jump rope
    KTE on floor
    Did push ups instead of pull ups..dont have a bar
    N did step ups instead of box jumps, dnt have a steady object to jump on 25reps on each leg
    Still was a great workout. The objective is push yourself until done even if u got to scale it

    Felt like giving up halfway through but finished slowly.

    Reverse pull-ups x 10 then 40 GPU
    50 jumping high as I can (no box)

    Dumbbell rows instead of Pullups (24#)
    Step ups instead of box jumps (no box)

    K2E on floor (can't swing on PU tower)

    Still tough despite all the subs. Gotta work with what I have at home.

    1. And my legs were totally dead from yesterday. I knew I was in trouble when they were burning by burpees.

  8. 17:46, push ups on the couch instead of pull ups, one armed push press 10#, sjr, it's on the floor, 28 last time with treadmill pullups

  9. Done. Feel like I'm dying!!! Didn't do the box jumps. Hitting a mental block with those.

    1. Start with something low. Even jumping your knees to your chest would be good scaling to start with.

    Slam ball with 15 lb ball in place of wall ball shots
    Half KTE on bar half on floor
    Half pullups with band half with TRX at 45 degrees
    11 weeks pp

  13. 28:43, k2e on floor, chair assisted pull ups, 20# thrusters instead of wall ball, 25# kettle bell, 20# pp.

  14. 31:04. 100 jax for sjr, 20# thrusters instead of wall balls, Kte on floor, gpu for pull ups.
