Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
Run 200 meters
20 box jumps, 18-inch box
15 push press, 20-30 lbs

  1. Two complete up to 16 bench jumps. Super slow and not feeling great today but did it anyway

  2. 4 rounds plus most of 200 meter run before timer went off.
    30# pp

  3. 3 rounds, finished the 20lb push presses after the timer.

  4. 4 rounds plus run & box jumps on 5th
    15" box & 20# pp

  5. 6 rounds plus 200m run plus 14 box jumps.

    Super tired. Not motivated to work out. But as always, happy afterward. 🙂

  6. 4 rounds then timed out at 10 step-ups
    20#
    6 and 7 mph, 1% incline
    I was almost bumming cause I thought I didn't have anything to step on but I forgot my husband bought a weight bench that is about 18" tall! yay!

  7. Half mile warm up

    6 Rounds +150 meters

    Then ran to 3 miles total

    then practiced overhead squat and power snatch.

    45 lb PP

  8. Subbed one minute jump rope for run bc of ice, 4 rounds +jump rope. 20# pp.
