    I am doing a hiit boot camp in my neighborhood 3 days a week (5:45am!!) so I haven't fallen off the bandwagon just filling in the two off days with workouts here! I will be back full time in 10 weeks!

    Subbed push press for pull-ups.

    Made this one up after doing 2/2/15 wod

  14. 10:10, subbed bent over rows 20# for pull ups. Bpu, 20# sumos. I owned those 🙂
