13 Butterfly sit-ups

    10 complete plus through 11deadlifts on round 11. 40# dead lifts and gpu.

    I did this uninterrupted for once!!!! The baby napped (she usually doesn't) and the bigger kids entertained themselves.

    12 rounds, all GPU and I completed the last round of bsu after the timer went off, but still finished.

    Now if I can get a shower in too my day will be set! Lol

    12 single side squats 20 lbs
    45 second planks
    completed 7 rounds

    16 rounds. 60 pound. I am amazed by how much I can do after doing these workouts for probably two years now. Before I could barely do a boy push up, now I just did 176 of them! amazing!
