Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
11 Push-ups
12 Deadlifts, 40-60 lbs
13 Butterfly sit-ups

  1. 10 complete plus through 11deadlifts on round 11. 40# dead lifts and gpu.

  2. 13 rounds exactally
    Alternated b/t boy pu and pull ups each round
    Reverse crunches- to save tailbone!

  3. I did this uninterrupted for once!!!! The baby napped (she usually doesn't) and the bigger kids entertained themselves.

    12 rounds, all GPU and I completed the last round of bsu after the timer went off, but still finished.

    Now if I can get a shower in too my day will be set! Lol

  4. 11 rounds + 11 push ups and 12 deadlifts
    60 lbs (100 for first round, but Dumbbells hurt my wrists)

  5. 15 rounds
    girl push-ups
    28.6# DL
    reverse sit-ups

  6. 15 rounds plus 11 pu and 6 DL.
    Tailbone was bleeding after sit-ups yesterday so subbed body surfers.
    GPU to the floor
    60# DL

  7. 16 rounds. 60 pound. I am amazed by how much I can do after doing these workouts for probably two years now. Before I could barely do a boy push up, now I just did 176 of them! amazing!
