    Had to keep weight down b/c my middle finger got crushed in a door hinge Monday. Gonna make WODs tough for a little while.

    subbed 30 bicycle sit-ups (those butterfly ones give me a rug burn and I can do them as long as I don't have a rug burn to begin with.)

    4 rounds cleans 10#-my form is terrible! I must have learned power clean first cause I found a proper clean with a squat difficult even with very little weight.

  8. Apparently I did hang cleans. Ugh- I stink at knowing which one to do.

  9. 17:31, 20# all. Did half power cleans and half squat cleans, bc I don't know which one is just "clean". Different c.f. sources online say diff things.
