15 Butterfly sit-ups
15 Back extensions (supermans or body surfers- with a curled leg if you want to work the booty)
10 Thrusters, 20-30 lbs
10 Cleans, 20-30 lbs

    4 rounds cleans 10#-my form is terrible! I must have learned power clean first cause I found a proper clean with a squat difficult even with very little weight.

    17:31, 20# all. Did half power cleans and half squat cleans, bc I don't know which one is just "clean". Different c.f. sources online say diff things.
