So burpee – JJ – push up – sit up.
By changing it to that order, you aren't getting the same amount of exercise because you are eliminating one of the up/downs.
That is true. I was mostly trying to see my improvement from last year (i.e. do it exactly the same) since I had changed it last time. I promise to do it the right way next time.

My push ups weren't as deep as usual because my arms were so sore.

8:58. Did this in 10 rounds of 5 for each and was about 5 minutes faster than last time so I don't know if it's defeating the purpose or what.

You aren't getting as much exercise without the up/down/up/down each exercise.
