*Do 1 burpee, then 1 push-up, then 1 jumping jack, then 1 sit-up, then repeat 50 times.

    Burpee with push-up
    Jumping jack
    Knees to elbow instead of sit up
    Same order as last time

    1. By changing it to that order, you aren't getting the same amount of exercise because you are eliminating one of the up/downs.

    2. That is true. I was mostly trying to see my improvement from last year (i.e. do it exactly the same) since I had changed it last time. I promise to do it the right way next time.

  4. 11:42 compared to 14:27 last year. Great workout to do inside, my garage is freezing!!!!

  5. 8:58. Did this in 10 rounds of 5 for each and was about 5 minutes faster than last time so I don't know if it's defeating the purpose or what.

    Ran 4.2 miles after

    1. You aren't getting as much exercise without the up/down/up/down each exercise.

    2. Yes I figured that. Thank you. It was still tough the way I did it but I figured the up and down was more movement

  7. I couldn't figure out why so many of you were so fast until I saw that so many if you changed the order, making it easier and take less time.

    1. I didn't change the order but now I feel like I must have miscounted or something! I beat my last time but not by a crazy amount.

  8. 23:45 as rx'd. My husband did this one with me. He usually lifts and runs but thought this looked fun instead.

  9. 21:37. Only 20 seconds faster than last year, but all bpu this time. So hard!

    I will probably redo this on Saturday.

    Then did my Strengthening WOD which was 5 X
    Handstand plate walks 30 sec
    GHD sit ups 30 Sec
    Handstand shoulder touches 30 sec

  11. 12:32 compared to 15 something last year. Setting the bar high for myself apparently. Thanks for the workout!

  12. 16:01, no push up on burpee, then boy push up, the just, bsu. Two quick breaks to get a crying baby and then settle a fight.
