Run 800 meters
20 Butterfly sit-ups
12 Thrusters, 20-30 lbs

Compare to 03.07.13

90 DAY CHALLENGE VIII: DAY 81
Vi-shake

fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake 
 drink water every day

8 hours of sleep

    65 lb thrusters (wanted to try this weight and it wasn't too bad- loving my new bar!)

    Break to put new peppa show on for 4 yr old and a tighter hair elastic but I didn't mind the break 😉

    I couldn't even run a mile in high school. Was about 10 min miles in college. Now I'm 31 with three kids and running at almost 8 min miles. Yay for Hiit Mamas!!

  5. Doing a Handstand push up strengthening program.

    5 x for Quality of:
    1 min handstand holds
    10 Barbell press @ 65 lbs
    10 Hallow rock to supermans

    Then did todays WOD

    half mile warm up then.

    45lb thrusters. I should have gone heavier but I was tired from the presses.

    Then ran another mile for a total of 3.25

    10# thrusters because that's all I had. Awesome first workout with HIIT! Can't wait for more.

  7. 11:30; but I subbed 2 minutes of run in place/jumping jacks for the 800 m b/c I couldn't get outside and didn't have tons of time. 20# thrusters, then changed to 30# for the last round.
