Power cleans, 20-30 lbs
Butterfly sit-ups
Back extensions (supermans or body surfers)

  1. 10:28. 24" box jumps in place of back extensions. Needed to get my heart rate going this morning

    Did this at the gym (merry Christmas to me!), so the bar was too far away to use. Subbed sumo's with kettle bell, sometimes 30 but mostly 20#.

    Arms crossed

    Did some pull up practice before WOD, then did 25 burpees after WOD

  4. Completed after 6/20 wod. 10:32. 45# cleans abs and extensions on ab horse. Then shoulder and back routine.

  5. 10:58. 30# power cleans.

    Had all 3 kids running around so I hope my counting was right.

  6. 7:05 I think I missed a round in there. I was too much in my own head. 30# push press.

    70 lb Power clean
    GHD & Back Ext on Ab horse

    Ran 4.5 miles

  8. Aaand forgot to look at the timer when I was done. Somewhere between 13 and 14 minutes.

  9. I stopped my timer halfway through to help my baby and then forgot to turn it back on. So..probably like 14 or 15 minutes. 20 # cleans.
