21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
Power cleans, 20-30 lbs
Butterfly sit-ups
Back extensions (supermans or body surfers)

90 DAY CHALLENGE VIII: DAY 79
Vi-shake
no caffeine
 no soda
fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake 
 drink water every day
no fried food
8 hours of sleep
no preservatives
eliminate wheat 
finish strong!

    Did this at the gym (merry Christmas to me!), so the bar was too far away to use. Subbed sumo's with kettle bell, sometimes 30 but mostly 20#.

    I stopped my timer halfway through to help my baby and then forgot to turn it back on. So..probably like 14 or 15 minutes. 20 # cleans.
