    Didn't beat last year's time, but operating on little sleep, so I'm happy.

    Took more rests with the burpees this time…not feeling them today.
    20lb for dl and push press
    10lb wall ball.

  3. 10:10. Faster than last year with 10lb ball and 18" box compared last year 8lb and 12"

    Then ran 3.4 miles

    Almost a minute slower than last time. ?
    Working on popped corn for lunch… Just glad I got it in!!

  8. Getting over the flu/head cold. Completed on 12/24. 12:09. 14# wall ball, 24 in box step up with lunge off the back. 45# sumo, no jump up on burpee, 45# press. Then 12/24 wod.

  9. 12:57. Wow I feel slow compared to the other times, but I'm about to drop. only 10 lb pp. full burpees.

    Maria 12:46 #15wb, #50sdlhp & pp, added 33 sec to my time also added #15 to the weights…did step ups on bench, back still not good with anything jarring

    This year 12:08

    But:

    15 lb Wall ball instead of thrusters
    24" Box jumps instead of 14"
    KTE on high bar
    35 lb SDHP instead of 20 lbs
    45 # push press instead of 20 lbs

    So though I was slower I was using A lot more weight and higher box and so not too shabby I guess.

    Then ran 4 miles.

  14. 10:30. 30# for all. Thrusters for wall ball. 14" box jumps.

    Vs. 11:28. 20# for all. Rest the same.
