Sorry Mamas, I try not to post late but life happens and I am not getting paid so…..
If there is every a day when the WOD isn't up yet (especially for those on the east coast or farther) please pick a WOD from the history, maybe the one from exactly a year ago to do that day. It really doesn't matter what WOD you do, just as long as you do one! Other Mamas who need more time for preparation, follow one week behind so they can see the week in advance and plan ahead.

Did it exactally as before- 10 sec slower but heart rate up, dripping sweat and chest pounding from being out of breath….so I'm ok w/ that!

Step ups
25#- thrusters for wall ball
Rounds 2 & 4 did bench press instead of thrusters- needed to catch my breath & go easy on my back.
Sweat was running in my eyes & burning- which made it harder!!

getting over the flu/head cold. Completed on 12/23. 31:50, 24 in box step ups with a 45# bar, 10# wall balls. Then 12/23 wod.
