  1. Aw! I love this workout, but the post wasn't up when I was, so I repeated a previous one. And did yoga. Will probably do this one on Saturday.

  2. Legs are still so sore (hurts to sit down!) so will do later. Repeated 10/20.

  3. 2:14, 2:09, 2:08, 2:07. Then partial leg and partial ab routine. Then teaching body pump.

    Accidentally deleted my time but I think it was around 22:00 minutes.

    Only rested for 1 minute as it was dark and cold. I figured as long as I let me heart rate slow back to normal than a shortened rest would be fine.

  7. Forgot to record individual run times

    Took 17:56 total
