    Aw! I love this workout, but the post wasn't up when I was, so I repeated a previous one. And did yoga. Will probably do this one on Saturday.

    Legs are still so sore (hurts to sit down!) so will do later. Repeated 10/20.

    Did 6 rounds total.

    Accidentally deleted my time but I think it was around 22:00 minutes.

    Only rested for 1 minute as it was dark and cold. I figured as long as I let me heart rate slow back to normal than a shortened rest would be fine.
