  1. Didn't workout much over Thanksgiving, so easing back in with a 1 1/2 mile run at 16:30.

  2. 18:34
    50# DL
    Inside workout-
    compared to 20:52 (outside workout w/ 45# DL)
    Then followed with WOD from 11/24

  3. 15:20 compared to 15:36 but workout was done from the top of the driveway compared to the basement so that shaved some time off the runs. 40 lb deadlift

  4. Completed after 11/28 wod. 13:09 75# deadlifts. Then RPM. Teaching body pump tonight.

  5. Did 'Black Friday' on Saturday and my hamstrings are still really sore so saving this for later.

    Did WOD from 11/26.

  6. I can't run with the time change! Girls, give me ideas. I've already jumping rope, jumping jacks, burpees, and box jumps. Any other ideas?
