15 Box jumps, 18″ box
12 Push press, 20 lbs
9 Knees to elbows

    6 rounds & 15 box jumps

  2. 6 round with 33# weight box step ups onto 24 in box. 33# press. Then 1 round step ups no weights. Then leg routine.

    Stomach still healing from c section

    Please pray for a friend of mine who lost his 3 year old daughter this week She suffocated while putting a plastic bag over her head when playing in the other room.

    Rowed 500 m in 2 minutes for an extra. Still no treadmill at home, but we ordered one! Yippe!

    Versus 12 rds + box jumps with 8" box jumps and 20# PP. Yeah!!
